With more than 40 years of experience at the highest levels of the US and international business communities, I understand how businesses run and how the behavior and performance of executives influence successful business outcomes. Having completed two of the most comprehensive, thorough and demanding coaching programs in the United States, I have learned how to apply a proven set of coaching principles to help executives make demonstrable and positive behavior changes.
As the only coach at JDR Consulting, I personally manage each aspect of every engagement, and have the flexibility to adapt my approach to suit different corporate cultures and environments.
